HELLO!

Welcome to Bluebelle. .

OUR STORY

After moving to the Niagara Region and having my own garden, I fell in love with caring for it which helped me realize the impact that beautiful flowers could have. The bright (and subtle) colours, the smell and how beautifully they all came together. Deep down I knew I had found something that opened up my heart, and I spent my summers trying - and often failing - to grow beautiful flowers that I could cut and use to brighten my home.

To complement the few flowers I would cut from my garden, I spent my Saturday mornings buying locally grown flowers from the farmers market. Together, these flowers then brightened my home and brought a sense of peace, happiness and love that I couldn't ignore.

Fast forward to 2023, during one of the most challenging years of my life, I stumbled upon a floral design course which taught me the basics. Three minutes into the course and I was hooked! I found a spark that felt like it had been lost, and I knew that with my new skills I had to fuel the fire. I continued my Saturday morning ritual of buying flowers at the farmers market, I practiced and practiced and found a creative side of me I didn’t know existed.

I was making a few small bouquets at a time and I would give them to my family, after keeping a few for myself of course. I will never forget the smile it put on their faces and how happy they were to have fresh flowers in their homes.

Towards the end of 2023 I learned that Bluebelle was for sale. Instantly I knew that this was an opportunity I couldn't pass on, everything was pointing me towards owning Bluebelle, and in early 2024, it became an exciting reality.

I look forward to seeing you at one of our local pop-ups or private events and continuing to spread love and happiness through flowers!
